Just as interior spaces require thoughtful adaptation to truly resonate with their inhabitants, we recognize that the services and products we offer may sometimes need recalibration or reconsideration. Our return policy is designed with the same mindful approach that guides our design philosophy—valuing transparency, respect, and intentional decision-making.

Consultation Services

Our consultation services represent an exchange of knowledge, insight, and creative vision. Due to their intangible nature, we approach satisfaction through dialogue rather than conventional returns:

Initial Consultations

If after your initial consultation you feel our approach does not align with your vision, we offer a 50% refund if requested within 48 hours of the consultation. We view this as an opportunity for both parties to assess alignment before committing to a deeper working relationship.

Ongoing Services

For ongoing design services, we work with a phased approach that allows for reflection and recalibration at key milestones. Should you wish to discontinue services, we will provide a prorated refund for work not yet initiated, less a 15% administrative fee to account for planning already undertaken.

Deliverable Recalibration

Rather than viewing design as a binary transaction with rigid outcomes, we embrace an iterative process. If design concepts don't initially meet your expectations, we offer two rounds of refinement included in our fees to ensure the final direction resonates with your needs.

Physical Products

For the tangible elements we source or recommend as part of our design solutions:

Custom Items

Custom-ordered furniture, fixtures, or bespoke elements are created specifically to your specifications. Due to their unique nature, these items cannot be returned once production has begun. We mitigate this through detailed approval processes, material samples, and renderings before fabrication commences.

Ready-Made Items

Standard products purchased through our studio may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition with packaging intact. A 10% restocking fee applies to cover handling and administration. Items on sale or marked as clearance are final sale.

Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital Products

For digital design guides, resources, or templates:

  • Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once downloaded.
  • If technical issues prevent access to your purchased digital content, we will work to resolve these issues or provide an alternative delivery method.
  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content and request a return within 24 hours of purchase, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Initiating a Return or Refund Request

To request a return or refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Date of purchase or consultation
  • Description of the service or product
  • Reason for the return or refund request
  • Your preferred resolution

We aim to respond to all requests within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days of approval.
